Our colorbond rear fence was erected speedily in less than one day. That was helpful as we have a larger dog. A few problems arose. There is a slight misalgnment at one end but that is not a problem. The site was left untidy on both sides with partly filled pole holes, concrete patches and small clay spoil mounds. My neighbour also noted these. Larger gaps at the bottom of the fence on a lower ground section of the fence line I was able to fill with lengths of 3x2 timber on hand. The old fence material was removed on the day, an improvement over earlier fence installations. Generally satisfactory.

I made a booking for the annual service of my garage door and was booked at the end of the day. Unfortunately, Mark was having a series of unexpectantly long jobs leading up to my job. However, Mark rang me several times to make sure that a later arrival was convenient and to keep me up to date on the revised ETA. When Mark was able to get here, he efficiently performed the annual service of our garage door. Despite the hour, the service was not rushed and Mark gave me several tips on how to get the best from the door.
I appreciated both the quality of the service and the communication skills of the WR staff.

I noticed a problem with my roller door on Wednesday (13 December 2023). Immediately called WR Engineering to see if it could be fixed, not expecting to be able to get anyone to come out before Xmas. Pleasantly surprised to be told that they could have someone here on Friday (15 December). A technician came on time and fixed the problem very quickly and professionally - as well as doing a "tune-up" of the roller. Fantastic service and communication - and all for a very reasonable price. Couldn't fault the process in any way.

Mark was our service person and we have had him service our doors before. I would highly recommend Mark as he knows his stuff, he is very thorough, is cheerful and as always he couldn't do enough for us. Great customer service and we are extremely happy with WR Engineering and will be requesting Mark again when we next book in a service.

Had the WR Engineering guys service our garage door last week and they were amazing. On time, professional and talked me through what can (and does) go wrong with my model, as well as showing me how to do some basic maintenance myself. Had a good yack to the bloke, and thoroughly liked the experience. A great local business doing things right...and at a decent price. I wouldn't go to anyone else now, and highly recommend them.

Your company is the only one we would use to service our garage. The problem is the cost. Emergency call out $370 surprised us. No way, we can afford ($2550) to get one garage back working. We will just open and close the door manually.

One of the springs broke on our panel lift garage door. WR Engineering inspected it and determined the correct springs for replacement and provided a quote, then ordered a pair (the original springs were 18 years old). The new springs arrived as promised in about two weeks and WR arranged a suitable time for fitting them. We were kept well informed through the process, Replacement of the springs and servicing the door was done very efficiently. The door now works very well and is quieter than it had ever been. Standard of work is great and WR kept us fully informed at all times, plus their service guy was very easy to deal with. I fully recommend WR Engineering for any garage door issues.

Recently had a garage door installed by WR Engineering after being led up the garden path by another garage supplier/ installer.
After having had used WR for other jobs over the years I should have gone with them in the first place and saved my money and being mucked around by the other clowns.
Booking was straightforward with regular updates on the installation date. Installation was simple and quick - 3 hours to remove the old door and replace it with the new one.
The new B&D door is almost silent. Probably the only disappointing aspect was the person that came out to measure. I asked him about indicative cost.
His estimate was way, way below the emailed quote. Moral of the story here, rely on the written quote only, not a verbal guesstimate.
To their credit, WR reduced the quote slightly after I expressed shock at the widely disparate figures I had been quoted.
