Xennox customed a stunning men's wedding band for us and went above and beyond to create exactly what we had dreamed of. It is unique and of exquisite quality. The yellow diamond chips are vibrant and sparkling. The customer service was fantastic and personal, and the quality of the ring could not be beaten. We were also pleasantly surprised to hear that the ring can be sonic cleaned at Xennox at any time for life! We highly recommend Xennox to anyone looking for a unique and quality piece of jewelery.

Xennox is amazing! Karl re-designed my engagement ring and it is perfect! I needed the setting raised and I wanted to add a halo to it. Not only is my ring perfect and exactly what I envisaged, but the service was superb. Karl sketches up your ring so you know what you are getting before its made. He produced step by step pictures on instagram so I could see it getting made every step of the way. The whole design experience was so exciting and I am so proud of my new ring. The service is excellent! I spent months researching the perfect diamond (for an engagement ring) and went to Xennox diamonds, Xennox is a school of knowledge!! I learnt more in 2 weeks with Xennox than the months prior. Karl personally sourced a diamond that exceeded my highest expectations. My wife explained the setting / ring to Karl who then sketched / created the design. The rings were gift wrapped ready within a week. I think I love the diamond more than my wife and love to look at it through the light filter.
The value of the rings are exceptional. The diamond is a big investment, I am confident if you work with Karl and the Xennox team your rings will be the best decision you'll make.

Xennox made my custom-designed 18ct white gold wedding ring with 32 diamond baguettes totalling 4.25ct. It is truly amazing and far better than I could have ever imagined! Not only is the quality and value exceptional . . . the service provided was imcomparable! Ok where do I begin.....My first word when I saw my new rings was... WOW.. and I couldn't believe that they were mine. My engagement and wedding ring was redesigned some 8 years ago by a jeweller who totally destroyed my faith in all jewellers. Finally came the time to start anew. I had a vision and my vision was made into a reality by Karl and his team. My rings are a combination of white and rose gold and they are everything I wanted and would have hoped for. I was on a budget and yet Karl was able to fulfil all my expectations. I have never ever had had rings designed totally for me and the whole experience was one of excitement and anticipation. I was anxious to see my beautiful rings and as I go through daily life I cant help but continue to look down at them and feel blessed that they are mine. I bought my wife's engagement, wedding and eternity rings and my wedding ring from Xennox. The service is first class, as is the quality of the products. My wife is absolutely thrilled with here rings - she can't go without them. When I first shopped around i visited numerous places in Brisbane. For me, customer service is key (as it is very important in my work) and the service that Karl gave me was outstanding. He was patient, informative and helpful. He helped me design/choose the ring and diamond. One thing that amazes me about Karl is that somehow he manages to remember my name, even though we don't visit Xennox all that often - another example of great customer service.

Recently I managed to lose a diamond in my ring. The staff at Xennox replaced it very quickly for me so I could have it for my Wedding anniversary. The ring came back with a new diamond and looking brand new! I was very happy.

30 years ago, I brought my first diamond from Xennox. Being a little OCD, I wanted to do it right and Wolfgang patiently taught me the difference between any ol' diamond and a quality stone. I brought that first stone, the best quality that my budget could afford and Wolfgang designed a stunning 'off-set' arrangement. We had it made up as an engagement ring for my now wife. That was for me the beginning of a life-long passion / addiction for quality jewellery. Later, with the birth of children, matching eternity rings were added to both sides - all made by Xennox.
Sadly, a house robbery resulted in those being stolen (along with a pink diamond from a trip to the Argyl mines). What to do ?? Back to Xennox for a remake, and since then another remake to modernise the setting. Now Karl has succeed his father, the quality & excellence continues at Xennox. Yes on impulse, I've bought jewellery on holidays out of a display case, but at home, whenever it calls for a quality piece, I have always made my way to Xennox in Queens Street. Never been disappointed. There I've always found quality, which is what drew me there that very first time. Want the best stone - take my advice - Xennox.

Our relationship with Xennox Diamonds began 5 years ago when my fiance and I were on the quest to find an engagement ring. We had done some research into what was important and needed to be considered when purchasing a diamond. We spoke to several jewelers and got conflicting information. When we met Karl from Xennox Diamonds, he patiently explained to us the most important aspects to consider when choosing a diamond. He stressed that the dimensions of the diamond were equally as important as color and clarity. This important factor had never been mentioned by other jewelers or on any of the websites we visited about purchasing a diamond. We have also taken photographs of various pieces of jewellery into Karl asking if he could make them. To our delight the answer has always been yes and at an affordable price. One item that stands out is when I produced a photo of a pair of cosmetic earrings I wanted made for my wedding. Karl did a drawing of the earrings, intricately measuring and transforming the image on paper. I left pretty satisfied with the drawing. When I went back some weeks later to pick the earrings up, I was blown away with the detail and absolute perfection in which the earrings were crafted! They truly are a master piece and I get asked about them every time I wear them! Karl has designed several other items for us and they always come up as unique master pieces beyond our expectations. Xennon Diamond world produces state of the art workmanship every time and their prices are comparable to anyone else in the field. So with a jeweler like that at your fingertips and affordable prices to boot, why would you consider anywhere else!? Something else that stands out about Xennox Diamonds is that from the first instance we visited the shop to the countless times we drop in unexpected, we are greeted with warmth, kindness and there is a sense that we are part of the Xennox family. Karl and his entire team at Xennox always make you feel welcome and that you are important to each and every one of them.

When we started engagement ring shopping, we visited many retailers and it quickly became apparent that my exceedingly small fingers were going to present a problem for them including upper end stores such as Tiffany's etc. and frankly, every retail assistant managed to offend us both. We had seen the signs for Xennox on the mall and popped up there for a look. Karl made me feel extremely at ease despite my phyiscal abnormality and was very helpful and honest about options. As a purchase to last a lifetime, we wanted excellent quality and definitely no conflict diamonds. But also didn't want to pay the earth! Needless to say, we had our rings custom designed right there on the spot for a very reasonable price and have been delighted with our purchases ever since. Even years later, I still look at my ring with that same elation! And I love that I can pop in anytime for a free cleaning!! My Fiance and I got engaged early 2012, we were going from jeweller to jeweller, shop to shop searching for the right engagement ring, honestly, I was finding the experience to be long and difficult. I finally took to google and did a quick search for custom made rings, BANG! Xennox was one of the first ones to pop up, I called them and explained the situation, we made an appointment with Karl and I took my fiancé in for a surprise meeting, she did not know the ring would be custom made to her specs. karl was extremely pleasant to speak with and very professional. he knew exactly what we wanted. I was amazed that we could get this done for a very decent price. The quality is amazing and the the ring shines brilliantly. I took a beautiful green sapphire stone in to Karl and he designed a magnificent ring with three diamonds each side of the sapphire. It looks spectacular. I am in my seventies and Karl treated me with dignity and respect. I would recommend Karl to anyone at any time whether young or old. I knew Karl's Dad and it is most gratifying to receive the same service that Karl's Dad gave me years ago.

We were asked what we were looking for and actually listened to, the assistance was both informed and friendly and aimed at our specific request. I recently took my engagement ring into xennox because the top stone had come loose. My ring didnt originally come from Xennox and the quality isnt the greatest, he told me it was only a matter of time before the diamond came out completely. He fixed it up by altering the ring to make the claws bigger and more secure. They did an amazing job and my ring has never looked better. He did such an amazing price deal on a few more things to make my ring look as good as new. Very happy with the service and my rings wont be going to any other jewellers again!

We took in a photo from a magazine of an engagement ring I had my eye on. they handmade it in platinum and with the diamond mynow husband picked from their stock instore. we returned a couple of years later to get wedders and again they handmade my wedding band exactly the way I wanted. you know with xennox you are paying for the quality of the workmanship and diamonds rather than inflated prices because of a high end brand name. I also love going back whenever im in the city to give my rings the star treatment and get them cleaned back to looking brand new! I have no trouble recommending to everyone we know

I wanted to replace a stone in my wife ring which I bought her when we were 16. I spoke with Karl. I was only looking for a quote. He advised me of the options and highlighted what could be done. There was no hard sell and I found the advice spot on. The price was 20% cheaper than the other quotes I had received. The finished ring looks spectacular. Highly recommended.
