Loved the session. I'm battling with weight loss and finding it hard to get the motivation to train.after going to a few sessions I feel I'm getting more confident as time goes on. High energy and felt awesome afterwards!

In a nutshell Alex is the best trainer I have ever worked with and the results I have had training with him are incredible! I have trained with him twice a week over the past year and each session is different, individually tailored to me and I really enjoy and look forward to them. He has a very motivational, supportive and engaging style which has pushed me beyond what I thought was possible to achieve. His knowledge and passion for what he does is second to none.

I have gained stength, mobility, flexibility, lost weight and gained a more holistic view of fitness and lifestyle since training with Alex.

I cannot recommend him enough for anyone who is seeking a trainer and wanting results.

Every session the program is being constantly modified, tailoring it to my body as it develops with more (or less) training.
Diversity with a huge range of new and old excercises and stretches have given me more mobility, strength, knowledge on how to read my own body.
The perfect balance between encouraging more effort, with respect for my abilities & understanding of any injuries I may be carrying.

Alex will care about your overall physical health and has life coaching skills under his sleeve, if and when you need it. I used to have type A personality and everything I did in fitness had to be grand, fast and hard, but I only ended up injuring myself. Alex has taught me that the way to get there was from the bottom up and from the inside out. He has taught me the importance of flexibility in order to gain proper muscle balance in training to excel in fitness, and he has taught me holistic balance in my life in order to train with maximum mental capacity. My pain has diminished, I feel stronger, I look better than when I started, and I've learn so much and have gained a good friend.

I have trained with many personal trainers over the last 10yrs and I would consider Alex one of the best. His multi-faceted approach combines mobility, flexibility & strength and has not only changed my body but has also taught me a lot about maximising my efforts whilst minimising my injuries. He is passionate, has a lot of heart and is dedicated to his profession. I highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about their training and committed to getting results.

I signed up for personal training after a 2 year break from exercise due to injury and illness. I needed help to return to my former fitness and was'nt sure where to start. There was alot of work to do! After multiple surgeries the task seemed ominous. Alex is the perfect trainer for me. His knowledge of the body and how to assess weaknesses and imbalances is impressive. He knows an amazing amount of training exercises to incorporate the whole body without any risk of injury. In just a few weeks my strength is improving alot and body shape changing. Alex is holistic in his approach and passionate about improving my health and fitness. He works me hard but I feel completely safe and never afraid of doing any damage to my vulnerable joints. His maturity is a big advantage and he understands about injury prevention and technique being paramount. I would highly recommend him to anyone but particularly if you are concerned about long term gains and building a well balanced physique in a safe and technically correct manner. Alex's attention to detail and extraordinary knowlege of exercise physiology makes him an awesome trainer who gets results.

Alex is passionate and committed to a holistic approach to fitness - food and nutrition, movement and form as well as overall wellbeing. I have learnt a great deal about how my body works and with his encouragement have made great progress towards my fitness goals. I can only recommend training with him as a fitness partner.
