Dave from Extreme was punctual in coming to the job. My first impression after the first chat I had with him I found David to be very friendly, experienced and confident operator who knew what he was talking. Initially, David took on the job over the phone and quoted without seeing the condition of the car; after seeing the car when he came for the job he indicated the how bad the condition was and the price quoted me was way too low. However, he kept his word and carried on with the job. He also and agreed to upgrade the task to next level to give it a better finish at a negotiated price. He also further upgraded the job for certain parts of the car at no charge. The finish product was excellent proving David is a true professional in his field of car detailing.
