I was feeling emotionally worn out and totally overwhelmed by my life (solo parent, teen with diagnosed bipolar, executive job, several volunteer passions/commitments) when I first went to see Clothilde. I was also experiencing recurring lower back pain.
Clo’s calm confidence helped me to relax into the sessions, whilst her innately intuitive approach has guided me to purposefully tune back into myself. I’m rediscovering a sense of clarity that has been missing in action! My back pain is reducing, but more importantly I’m feeling my equilibrium return along with a renewed energy for the things that really matter to me.
I highly recommend Clo’s approach - she imparts a quiet strength, along with respectful, considered guidance.

Clo’s light is special and it gives rise to trusting you’re in good hands. In just a few sessions she’s helped me make more sense of how I hold stress in my body and how that creates discomfort and pain. I’m becoming more aware of the connection between my mind and body and how to manage and process stress in a more healthy way
