Absolutely amazing... by far the best pies I have had in over 10 years. This giant pies are a meal in themselves. The perfect pie and best value for money. Be sure to check out their history while your there. I had the peppered steak with chips and gravy and a large iced coffee for $14.

Love Yatala Pie! Not only do they make amazing pies and pasties etc but it is such an iconic place to go to. It has survived floods and so much more and yet nothing can destroy.

I had my first Yatala pie many years ago and it was love at first bite. To me they are one of the best pies in Queensland. and so enjoy their apple pie with cream, delicious.

Back here again,a few new pies on the menu from peoples suggestions. Like chicken parmigiana pies omg scrummy. Prices arent much more over the years add another 30/50c. Drive thru still works.great parking for trucks and vans,little tricky to manouvre now with new signs and rds. No huge pie to see from the rd ,shame that had to,go. Still the same long line up lol but a great pit stop

Honestly the best pies in the Brisbane/Gold Coast area. This place is always packed but they churn through the orders quickly and their pies are brilliant. The gravy is the absolute bomb as well with big chunks of real meat in there.

Yatala pies are fantastic - can't be beaten. Specially chunky steak. Really convenient off the highway - east to get to and from (North or South bound). Sometimes when I am working on the Goldie until late I will drop in here and grab a family pie to bring home to family. Everyone is happy and loves their pies.

Really have enjoyed coming to Yatala Pies over the last few years. Defiantly have the biggest and Best ranges to choose from! Although they took away their meat pies last time I checked! The pies are made fresh and the pastry is always perfect and flakey!

Whilst I love their chunky steak pies, I am not a huge fan of the dessert apple pie I recently tasted from here. Apple tasted a little sour and the pastry was a little dry.

Whenever my family head to the coast for the day we always stop by and have a pie from Yatla. WHilst the wait is a fair while, i would happily wait that long for the end result!

Best pie shop I have ever been too! the pies are absolutely perfect and very chunchy with the beef which is good! so many different pies to choose from! only bad thing is, is that they don't have mince pies! which is sort of weird from a pie shop! its defiantly worth the drive down from Brisbane! Oh man I LOVE Yatala pies! My mum recently bought us an apple pie from these guys on her way up from the Goldie and it was sensational. They even gave her one with cream at no extra charge. The appl is delicious, pastry is delicious. Every now and then hubby will bring home a family pie for us and we all love love them! Chunky beef is our favourite and the kids love eating it too! No dramas for dinner when we have a Yatala pie!

Love a Yatala chunky beef pie. REAL chunks of beef. Great value for the whole family, they have family pies - I will grab one for dinner when I am down that way every now and then and it is something the kids will eat without arguing. They do a mean apple pie - DELICIOUS!

the pie in the sky. This is a must when you are really wanting a good classic traditional tasting pie. staff are very friendly and go out of there wayto help. the pies are cooked to perfection each and everytime. there is plenty of place to sit both inside and out side and is also a drive thru for that quick bite stop. highly recommend taking the family here for a treat.

A must stop when going to and from gold coast to,sunshine coast. Or anywhere inbetween. Lots of parking and can get packed with long queues but usually the wait isnt too bad maybe 15 min. Desserts,family pies amd indivdual ones. Extra peas or potato is 70c and extra gravy. The pies are are a meal in themselves.i usually get steak cheese n bacon with potato. U really do need a knife and fork. Sauce ,serviettes are on the table at end of line once you have purchased. They even have a drive thru! Seats around the verandah outside or sit inside or picnic tables closer to the road. Pies are $6 and upwards but you're always full after it so well worth the money. The big pie ontop of the shop seems to be missing and the road has changed with new roundabout and signs bit tricky to see where to go now.drinks and ice creams also available. Great pit stop

Every time I drive down to the Gold Coast, I always have to stop at Yatala Pies. It is always busy with the line usually very long, but the service is always with a smile and very efficient. I always purchase the family caramel tart and it always tastes delicious.

We used to live in Beenleigh and used to go to Yatala Pie shop to get a pie. God they are delicious. I was working at a respite centre and we used to go to Yatala pies only to grab lunch for the client because they were so yum! Love the food, love the staff. Everyone needs to go try something from there.

On our way to Beau desert we decided to stop at yatala pies, we had never been here before but had heard great reviews, and I'm glad we did, wow the meatiest pie Ive ever tried, the staff were very friendly and explained to us exactly what was in the pie My husband being a man stuck to his usual plain meat pie and I had a creamy chicken pie, they were both delish you pay a little extra but to get a pie with real meat pieces is worth the little extra
