Definately wont be usingvghis service again. I got a yellow cab from lutwyche shopping centre on 21 may to my home after going shopping. Firstly the cab was over an hour late then the driver as i was placing groceries in the boot slammed the boot door down hitting me in the head. This caused me to bleed as a eesult of the injury This was after i complained about the long wait in which i was told by yellow cab co that they were trying to find a cab for me. Do not use this service

Never. Ordered a maxi cab at 4.10 .for 5 pm to get to a party at 6. Never arrived. Rang at6 was told we would be a priority, never arrived. Missed the 50 th birthday party and 4 of us gave up and went home. Ruined a blokes party and as 1 was in a wheelchair we couldn’t use a car.very upset.

Horrendous ride for an elderly resident and I. Driver was doing over 70 in a 60 zone for much of the fare, called my lady an old bag when I pulled him up and was racist. When I rang management (and the operator hung up twice while supposedly transferring my call btw) they said GPS says he was always under 60, which is a down right lie. So now you can't make an official complaint about a rude cab driver because the management of Yellow Cabs lie to cover up racist driver who shouldn't be on the roads. I work in Aged Care and I can tell you I will never use you again and I make a point of telling new residents families not to either because there are other company's who give much better service and stick to speed limits. I'm not even going to go into the driver just sitting in the car not even helping me with a frail resident with a walker and shopping!

I would definitely recommend yellow cabs over most other cab companies. On time (actually, usually early), friendly drivers, reasonable prices (as reasonable as cabbies can be).

after arriving at brisbane domestic airport, we asked one of the airport staff what the best way was to get to the international terminal, they said just a bus, taxi or train whichever comes first. We got in a yellow cab co taxi (which was the first of the three to come along) when we said just to the domestic terminal, the driver started yelling and was very angry with us for simply doing what was recommended by an airport employee. He yelled at as telling us that he'd just been doing that all day and wanted a fare into the city and that we should have caught a bus. It was absolutely horrendous service which made for a very uncomfortable ride (and welcome to Brisbane). Also very expensive $15 for a drive which didnt even last 3 minutes which very little traffic. Will not use this company again
