An Amazing oasis where you can come back to your breath and body and feel yourself. I highly recommend it. There are classes to suit everyone, including genuine classes for real beginners! Yogi teachers are very supportive
Great yoga class. Lovely studio and friendly instructors. I can definitely recommend this studio if you are thinking about starting.
I took an introductory offer from this place for 3 classes on recommendation from a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The charges are affordable and it really relaxes your body and mind. They have showers and change rooms. They also offer complimentary herbal tea after the class.
