We've been to YCN a couple of times, mainly in search of a special baby item, such as a mattress for a Boori cot (they are a little larger than normal cots).

The store has a great range of products, lots of prams, nursery furniture, and a great range of organic food including organic formula (only the second organic formula I've seen).

There's always plenty of staff working, and they are all mums so you get advice from someone who's been there.

Remember to go upstairs, that's where all the furniture is. Also note, if you're going with a bub in tow, forget bringing your pram in; the store is so jam packed with products I couldn't maneuver my own pram around and so had to just leave it in the aisle and carry bub myself. Annoying since i spent a good while in store today.

Pricing is ok, some items are very expensive, yet there are absolute bargains to be had as well. They had a 15% off everything in store on today; they've had a minimum 15% off everything every single time I've visited the store, seems like the norm.

Overall, one of the better baby stores if you're after something specific/no nonsense shopping for baby.

This is quite a good baby wares store. They sometimes have percentage off sales and I went in a couple of times when they had 20 percent of all purchases when you buys 5 or more things. That is any 5 things in the store from small stuff to the more expensive so I got some great bargains there. Definitely worth a look if you need baby stuff!
