Great boutique gym. The equipment is new & high quality. The trainers are committed and knowledgable. You get a more personal service than some of the larger gym chains and don't feel as pressured to lock into long contracts etc.

A nice, small gym. It's perfect if you're sick of big corporate gyms that don't really care about you. Here, the staff are really friendly, and depending on what time you work out, there might only be one or two other people there.
Long open hours too. And 3 month memberships are available if you don't think you can commit for too long.

If youre like me and cant stick to a gym plan regularly, your gym offers casual passes and the place is small enough not to put you off. It still offers classes and has all the usual equipment and weights. Highly recommended. Theyre not pushy like at some other gyms I've been to where they try and push you to become a member.
