This is a good little facility but it gets too busy and the staff are normally either distracted on the computer or getting coffee downstairs. It's hard to get on a piece of equipment at peak hour and the small weights area is dominated by guys flexing their muscles in front of the mirror. The classes are great but the back room can get a little heated in summer when groups are large. Probably a good option if you work out early morning or during the day.

The trainers spend more time on Facebook then with customers, the equipments is over utilized and rarely available, I will never go there again
