I'm here once a month sometimes twice and everytime the food quality and service is good or excellent. The lamb curry wass spicy/hot and very very good. The chicken and veg dishes are also very well prepared. Each dish has its distinct flavour. They can also be prepared in olive oil if you prefer. A must place to eat cheers

It is one of the best Indian restaurant in Sydney city. The food tastes really good. Dum biryani is amazing .

went to zaafran last week. wasnt a great place to visit. very few options. not a shopping paradise. quite expensive too.

This is not your typical Indian restaurant. Don't go there if you're looking for a typical vindaloo or madras curry. As with most restaurants in Darling Harbour, the price is over the top but at least this restaurant offers something different. It would be nice if it also offered the usual Indian dishes as it is the only Indian restaurant at Darling Harbour foreshore and I was hanging out for a madras. If your looking for something Indian but a little different, then give it a try.
