I am so addicted to the hazelnut latte's i cant get enough, have a least 5 a week, Coffee has never tasted so good! The service is great and friendly, the products are to die for! The prices are even in a good range too! When someone asks to meet up for coffee i always say let meet at Zarraffa's. The only place to have coffee!

I am addicted to Zarraffas. All through winter they gave me my coffee and hot chocolate and now the weather is warming up they have a huge menu of iced drinks. Only thing is sometimes it can be too popular, especially at the drive through. You may have to wait in line. It is so worth it though. They also have GREAT muffins and dotty cookies that kids LOVE!

The best tasting hot chocolate drinks ever - nice, efficient workers always with a pleasant smile on their faces - both food and drinks awesome - even has a drive thru for quicker service!!!

they make the best coffee everytime i am near a store i have to get one i cant live with out it the staff are wonderful they are always cherpy and up for a chin wag

The coffee is always great and the staff are always friendly whenever we visit here. The caramalized cappucino is a favourite in our family.

Have heard great things about Zarraffas from my sister and because it was so cold and wet last night I decided to give it a try. I'm not much for coffee so I got a hot chocolate. One of the best hot chocolates I've ever had. Not too expensive, quick and friendly service. Will definitely be going back.

Zaraffas Coffee Kmart Plaza is the 2nd Zaraffas to come to Toowoomba - and thank god it did!! Best coffee around! Tastes wonderful and priced well and the sweets in the cabinet are very delicious as well!!
