The trades were coordinated efficiently by Darren, an expert at precise cabinet installation himself, and all the other trades were reliable, careful and very professional. I would like to extend my thanks to the wonderful Andreas at Zesta Kitchens Cheltenham for his professionalism and courtesy during the process of purchasing my new kitchen. The dust has finally settled on the house renovation and although installation of our kitchen was completed early 2016, I am somewhat late in providing a review but could not let all the quality service Andreas provided go unacknowledged . Andreas spent a considerable amount of time planning and designing as I had a certain design aesthetic I wished to achieve in a certain amount of space. At no time did his patience or professionalism wane even though it was tested! The result is a beautiful Hamptons style kitchen with the Kensington cupboard door profile. Absolutely love the Shaker style and colour. I have an amazing 3.4 m long island topped with Caesarstone in Frosty Carina , a slightly greyish off white which Andreas assisted with by liaising with the stonemason. It was all delivered on time and installed to a high standard. Along with the Zesta head office, Andreas kept communicating throughout the process and at no time did I feel like I was on my own or that I was not inflormed of the next step. A beautiful and functional kitchen is the centre of our home and is a pleasure to use every day. Over a year on and I am still impressed with the quality. All the hinges are top notch and have not budged and the soft close drawers glide like they were installed yesterday ! I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend Andreas for his professionalism, courtesy and expertise. He is an asset to Zesta.

I've had my kitchen for 3 years and have been very happy with it. Over Christmas I had a problem with my pull out pantry. I was able to contact someone on their site who reassured me that they will attend to it on their return to work on the 3/1/17. Toby came out yesterday 4/1/17 and tightened some screws and pantry is back to working perfectly well. (Had I have known that this is what needed to be done I would have done it myself with out bothering anyone)

The kitchen installation commenced within the 10 days as stated and completed within a reasonable time.

I went to Zesta Kitchens with a very unrealistic request…..I wanted a custom made kitchen, fully installed within 4 weeks.
Andreas at the Cheltenham showroom was amazing – He worked with me and drew up original plans, then patiently revised these at the last minute due to me changing my mind.
The service didn’t stop here. The communication between head office and installer was also great. The installer they suggested was fantastic, very thorough & accommodating.
The end result exceeded my expectations. I now have a fully functional/ high quality, attractive kitchen.
I would definitely recommend Zesta to anyone looking at buying a new kitchen. Their service and end product is 10 out of 10

In 2008 my husband and myself decided to relace the family kitchen. We looked at many kitchen showrooms and were a bit dismayed at the high prices most of them were asking. Then we visited a Zesta Showroom and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, styles and prices and the attitude of the staff. They did what they promised, they designed, they delivered, they installed leaving me very proud of our new kitchen. Because of our good experience we decided to use Zesta Kitchens again in a unit we own.
In August this year we decided to use Zesta Kitchens again to replace a kitchen in a unit we own. The same wonderful service was given. Anna Mason, the account manager, is at the helm following up on the installers and tradespeople making sure the client is issued with the required Compliance certificate as insurance against defective work.

I decided to go with Zesta Kitchens on the strength of the reviews on this site.

The kitchen was for an apartment which had become vacant and I wanted to take the opportunity whilst it was empty to replace the kitchen.

The planning of our new kitchen went smoothly enough, the consultant was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. No pressure and we spent a two weeks rejigging a few things. After we settled on a final design we paid the deposit and the kitchen cabinets and bench tops were delivered within the 10 day or two week time frame.

Of course Zesta only supply the cabinets and bench tops and the plumbing. tiling, plastering and electrical work is contracted out to their preferred trades people. You don't have to use their trades people but the advantage was, as we saw it, the costs for all the plumbing and electrical work was outlined beforehand and the Zesta installer was the one who was to co-ordinate their work.

During the installation I would meet the tradesmen at the apartment each morning to let them in and leave them to it.

The timing went as planned but there were several issues we had after the installation was complete. The gas cook top was to be in the same position as the previous gas upright stove however for some unknown reason the gas lines were diverted 30 or 40cms to the side meaning that when the installer come to install the cabinets he had to cut several holes in the shelves and the side of a cabinet to accommodate the new gas lines.

In addition the pipes for the taps and dishwasher made the cupboard under the sink almost unusable - they were installed in a very haphazed manner. In fact on returning to the flat the following day I found a pool of water on the kitchen floor and under the sink - one of the pipes leading to the mixer tap hadn't been secured and was dripping! The plumber returned the following day to fix it.

The installation of the flue for the extractor fan was also very poorly done with a large gap between each side of the flue and the ceiling cornice. We had to have another trades person come in to finish it properly.

The next issue was the tiler - we had selected a dark coffee coloured grout to match the bench top however the tiler decided, without any consultation, to use his own cream coloured grout. When we called him the following day his explanation was that he thought the dark colour we had chosen wasn't a suitable colour!

In addition to that the tiler left a pile of rubbish - offcuts, cardboard, blobs of dried cement plus some mostly empty tins of tuna which he presumably eaten for lunch and which, a day later, smelt dreadful. I had to clean up the disgusting mess. He had even taken the coloured grout I had bought for the job!

When I called Zesta about this they pointed out that as the tiler was a sub-contractor it was up to us to sort it out with the tiler. In short they weren't interested.

The last issue was one of the shelves for the pantry was missing. The installer was aware of this and said he would sort it out but two weeks later I was still waiting and ended up having to go to the Zesta showroom to collect it.

In short the installation of the cabinets went as planned but we were not impressed with the tiler changing the grout colour without notice and as for the plumbing - it was just shoddy workmanship. Zesta need to look at their preferred tradespeople.

To their credit Zesta did call me after the job was completed to ask if I were satisfied with both the kitchen and the installation, etc. Weather or not they took my concerns on board I don't know but can only hope so.

My experience with Zesta kitchens was easy and stress free. They designed my kitchen to my exact specifications and were great in recommending design aspects I hadn't even thought about. Delivery and installation went smoothly and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Zesta if you're looking to install a new kitchen at a very affordable price.

We are delighted with our kitchen and thanks to all. Cannot fault the installers, process was verey smooth and efficient.
