My laptop ground to a halt, Robert waved his magic wand and brought my laptop back to life.

Service spot on and Prompt, was infected with malware and Robert came over and got it removed from my machine and also gave me a year worth of virus scanner and explained everything to me in simple terms so that I can understand and not get scammed again.

I was concerned that I had viruses in my computer, and I called up Robert and he offerd a remote support session. At first I was hestitant with a remote support session because i was scammed and I didn't trust people after this experience. After Robert sent me the reviews i felt that I could trust him to access my machine. Not only did he assure me and make sure the latest virues were removed, he explained it in a way to give me confidence and undestanding of the latest virus concerns. He saw that my hard drive was starting to slowly degrade in performance and he also offered to backup my files for free as well. He gave me lots of advice, about buying products directly from companies to avoid any markup.

Robert went above and beyond for me, to help me to get a new computer before I left overseas. I called him on Saturday morning at 7am - and he was happy to help me out that day. He took me to harvey norman where he helped me to choose a laptop and made sure i was getting the best price. We then went to the new farm library where he helped me to copy all the data across as I had to have this before I left to go overseas. As someone who doesn't drive he even picked me up and took me home. He is an absolute lifesaver. If you need a tech to take away your worries just give Robert a call.
