I would recommend you avoid this business at all costs. I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder a couple of years ago. The car, so far, is ok. However, the after sales services is appalling - it is marked by technical ineptitude, a contemptuous attitude to customers and sub-standard service standards, and a care factor of zero.

I feel compelled to write this review after visiting Zupps Mitsubishi at Aspley.
I have been a Zupps customer for years having purchased a new Suburu in the past and recently a new Nissan Navara. I always felt being a valued customer having met with knowledgeable and friendly sales personnel.
Not this time, though.
We had an appointment to discuss the details of a PHEV I am interested in. There was no greeting and the sales person was busy with other customers. When we were finally attended to it became quickly apparent that the person had only a very limited knowledge of the vehicle, especially on the more specific information pertaining to that type of vehicle. Only after persisting to make an effort to obtain the information required the person went to speak to another more knowledgeable team member.
Overall the lacklustre performance was very disappointing and one gets the feeling that because of the high demand for PHEV's there is no need for qualified personnel or a better performance. No test drive was offered.

Very Disappointed. So many electrical faults with this vehilcle. Can never speak to anyone. They looked at one of the faults and did not find a problem. WELL OBVIOUSLY there is a problem. It is still happening, they dont want to know about it. I also know someone else having problems with a car purchased from them.

For the last 6 months I have been awaiting a new i30 N line premium - every two months I receive the exact same message (your car will be ready mid to late (insert month after current date)
Then, after that timeline lapses, I will be contacted a week or so later, with the exact same message.

I understand this is a global issue, so why do you keep promising delivery dates that you cannot realistically achieve?

Terrible customer service, considering I will be giving them an average Australians yearly wage...

I booked an appointment for this morning to view a specific vehicle. I then drove 1 & 1/4 to get there on time, someone else walks in 5 minutes before us, who had an appointment later in the day and the sales staff let them go for a test drive for an hour and made us wait in the waiting room.

Then the staff have the audacity to tell us that it’s not their fault that we are left high and dry having to wait to see a vehicle that we had organised to purchase.

While the staff offered to call us if we wanted to go and do other things, there was not much point as they advised they were fairly certain the other people would buy.

Not impressed with the dishonorable lack of service and waste of my time and resources when I did the right thing by booking. Not acceptable Zips. You’ve lost me as a customer both personally and for my business that I was considering several vehicles for.

VERY BAD FORM!

Very professional service. I have been going here since I purchased the car from them 10 years ago. This service was a bit more expensive than usual, but they kept me informed every step of the way and actually had the car ready two days earlier than promised because the mechanic worked overtime to get it done. Unfortunately I don't have his name, but "Thank You" anonymous mechanic! I would have given them five stars, but I must be honest the cost of this service (although justified by what needed to be done) took my breath away.

Bought a car yesterday and I left feeling satisfied, I would highly recommend to see Warren, who looked after me, he was fantastic, fast and efficient service, Warren took the initiative to look after me, he was patient and professional. If you want to buy a car from a car dealer, Warren is the best person to talk to! Look out for the cowboy hat, if you are after great service, I recommend to see Warren, from Aspley Zupps, used cars.

Just recently had my first service with these guys, im annoyed I havent been in sooner! They had great customer service and told me about what needs to be maintained/replaced BEFORE doing it so im not hit with a huge surprise bill at the end. I will be back!

Bought our New Holden Captiva from here. The Salesperson was extremelly helpful, knowledgeable and was ready to go above and beyond to get our business. He had an answer for everything we asked. We walked away with an unbeatable deal and a fantastic car. Would recommend checking out what they have and what they can offer you if your in the market for a new or used car.

We picked up my second hand "Holden Omega"car from this dealership, they failed to disclose that the car had been in a hail storm just before picking the car up and luckily my friend pointed out the car was covered in hail dents, they werent happy about fixing the problem, as I had just signed the papers 1minute before!! ' Still has dents on it by the way! Very shady not very good after sales service would not honour the extended warranty, are not customer friendly just money hungry:(
I will never buy out side of my location again. My car is over priced and over rated - it has mildew/mould in it aswell, so, that could be, I think, been in the floods prior to purchase & they didnt disclose that information either.
It has been unpleasant experience BUT It's been a very good lesson but an expensive lesson :(
