To be avoided at all costs. Had a mechanical problem that was fixed (at a cost to me) which returned less than 3 months later. They told me it was because the computer fault had been reset "by Somebody", and I explained that would have been them!
They took my car for 11 weeks and have sent parts away numerous times, including to Mitsubishi Australia (who don't really seem to care about Customer Care either), and now tell me that they cannot find the fault so I should come and collect the car. They then present me with a bill for their time but acknowledge that they cannot explain what has happened and whether or not it will re-occur.
When I refused to pay the bill for something that has no result they locked my car out back and refused to release it.
I refused to leave the premises, and in the end, was actually physically assaulted by a staff member. He smugly then told me that he would call the police to which I responded "Please do, I want you to!"
When the police turned up and reviewed the situation they took less than 5 minutes to demand release of my car and they admonished the staff for their tactics.

AVOID THESE GUYS. There must be dealerships that believe in service, but it certainly isn't Zupps. Shame on you.

I dealt with Michael and found he was attentive and showed attention to detail. I was pleased that he would ring me to discuss everything that the mechanics had identified and the prices involved.

Sale staff trying to give the best deal on the promotion day. Cheerful voice and big smile on their face. They come out with creative idea to attract customer.

Very satisfactory deals, although a bit lengthy negotiations. After sale service also great. Been there for 2 times regular service and all was good. Great communication too.
