Thanks to the great job Colin did with our carpets we don't need new ones! White carpets and two toy poodles are not a good mix, but all is forgiven. Will defiantly have Colin back.

Customer service and this company are strangers. Didn't introduce himself when he arrived.
Came to do a job was here for 20 minutes and left us with problem to solve. Was on the phone more interested in solving a personal issue he had while he was here.
Suggest some customer service training for the staff.
Would recommend this company.
