I cannot praise enough all aspects of Shaun Munro's work ethics. he's incredibly pleasant to deal with, is extremely honest and up front with costs and explaining all aspects of the job. he works incredibly hard and his workmanship is faultless. out of four tilers we called for quotes, he was the only one who returned a quote and that was within an hour and then followed up the quote. can't fault him in any area. guaranteed no disappointment with this tradesman. highly recommended.

These guys are really friendly, really know their stuff, but most importantly, they sell very good quality meatgoods. Their sausages are the best. They are completely comparable if not slightly cheaper than the supermarkets. Fantastic shop

I recently booked a ticket on the tilt train and was amazed at the wonderful service given over the phone by Kim Jakobi. She was extremely helpful with a small hiccup that I had and followed it up immediately and confirmed with an email. All the staff are really pleasant with every booking I've done, they have to be commended for a wonderful service. Well trained.

The service at this chemist is fantastic. The chemist is extremely helpful. He goes out of his way to help with any questions and communication with the doctor. They have a huge number of customers but you are never left waiting for more than five minutes for anything. Lots of stuff to look at while waiting for a script, and all great prices.

I've been going to this salon for over eight months now. You are always greeted with a choice of beverages and biccys upon being seated.
Danielle is fantastic with the attention that she gives in trying to give you what you're after. Her apprentices are also great. The newest addition, Mitch, needs work with his P.R. but we were all young once. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hairdresser with fantastic overseas experience. This salon knows what its doing. Not trained at the local Tafe.

We had previously seen them advertise that children eat for free so thought it would be great to treat the visiting sister and family of three under five to a treat while visiting from Melbourne. We called to make a booking and enquired about the free dining for kids. The girl said she wasn't sure and that she would check before we came in to eat. We were the first customers to arrive for dinner at 5.30pm. We were shown to a table which didn't have enough chairs or space. The owner came over and made more space for us. We were given water and menus and our orders were taken. We watched other people come in and wait for ages for menus. One family got up and left. The children were hungry and their meals were brought out. A good twenty minutes later, our meals were delivered. Two of the meals were undercooked and looked very unappetising. They were seafood baskets with the crumbed seafood looking extremely aneamic and the pieces tasting of raw flour. We paid very well for these meals and the girl behind the till was told we weren't happy when we paid. Why did it take so long, we were first in and there was only one other table with a single person, who by the way was served his meal before us. She said she would pass our comments on to the owner who was standing there listening. He made no comment. The "chef" could be seen in the kitchen moving around and seemed to look out towards us more than he did, cooking.
Times are tough for businesses, but we would rather give our hard earned money to a business who cares about its customers. We had to pay for the children as well. The kids menu was printed with prices so how the girl wasn't sure about that on the phone was a mystery. The music was too loud as well and not appropriate music. I think it was on more for the chef's benefit than ours.
