Everything you could want in one shop, good staff willing to help (although depends you go in and what time) although customer service should be good all the time.
Self-serve is great, just grabbing a few things and not wanting to wait in line you can opt. for self-serve, easy to use quick and fast.
Good when big w has sales on like toy sales etc, lay-by etc.

I've been going here now for quite sometime, I'm treated like a star. I'm offered a drink anything from water, coffee or a hot chocolate. The Staff are wonderful, always so happy with a smile on there faces.
It can be a bit pricey here and there but when it comes to having your hair coloured or touched I know I prefer to pay that little bit extra and I know I will always walk out with smile on my face.
They do a great job, I'm thankful to have a good close hair salon to my place and I know when I walk out I'll be pleased and happy with what I paid for...
Whatever I'm having done, I'm treated to a wash, head message which is lovely just makes you wanna go to sleep. Along with treatments, colours, upstyles, GHD Straightening and GHD curls.

I went here, it was a spare of a moment idea that I wished I didn't end up doing.
I originally had Glitter tips but wanted a change, the young Asian women, started to cut my old nails off but while doing this she nipped the top of my fingers which then bleed.
I ended up getting French tips with a design on 2 fingers that was a mistake the design wasn't the same on the each finger. The gel infill was stuck under my nails and the amount I paid for them, wasn't up too standards. They're way too short for my liking, they have crap underneath them from the gel + dry blood that was caused by the women + the tools used in the process.

I won't be coming back here, I'll be sticking to my normal nail salon in Blacktown.
I've been to many of the nail places within Westfield Penrith and none have lived up to my expectations like -- Nails Avenue in Blacktown has.

Been here twice now, both times great. Glitter tips with infill on both occasions, I had to go to a business meeting and thought I'd go to one in Penrith, more local to where I live... But that was a huge mistake, I decided a needed a change and went back to french tip, worse job ever - I paid $35 which is cheap but the work done isn't and wasn't up too standards! My fingers were bleeding and had small cuts on them.

I will have to wait until these grow out and go back to Nails Avenue @ Parramatta and get the re-done and walk out happy instead of really annoyed!
