Engaged them to install a hot water system and to do stove commissioning repairs where the stove wasn't getting enough pressure.
They assessed the issues with the 2 systems and promptly quoted to resolve all issues.
When completed, the main issue with the stove was not resolved. Not enough pressure to run all plates.
They refused to acknowledge that there was an install issue and demanded payment or they would cut off the services to the property, claiming it was an appliance issue and it was my problem and I had to pay.
The manufacture came out to review the new appliance and informed in writing that it was an install issue. Back to Smartfix to resolve...
Throughout this complex install issue, Smartfix management were rude, unwilling to meet in the middle, demanding, insulting and threating.
They claim to promise the below:

"Upfront pricing with no hidden extras"
"Provide all suitable options for the work"
"Respect you, your home, and belongings"
"Ensure that you are happy with the work completed"
Failing on all fronts:
This has been the worst experience with Smartfix.
Thier pricing was not upfront or clear.
They provided no suitable options to investigate or resolve this tricky issue.
They had no respect towards engaging me or the situation.
They came back to investigate the job and found that it was a supply issues, as I had original stated.
From my experience, I will not be using them again and don't recommend them, if something goes wrong, they just want their money with no care about your circumstances. In the end, it was Smartfix who failed to deliver on the originally fixed price job and all of their promises.
