I found it very relaxing, comfortable and safe. I was with Scott and I walked in as a very heavy smoker and now I have gone over a week with out any ciggies and he was really good with the hypnotherapy and easy to talk to.

its been a lot easier for me to continue on with my life without feeling the need to smoke.
