A complete waste of time (and quite a bit of money!!)
Approximately 8 months after commissioning these guys to provide a complete website re-build, we were still at the home page 'template' stage of the design and seemingly not making any progress whatsoever.
Through sheer frustration we made the decision to seek services elsewhere, and subsequent requests to have our money refunded was repeatedly refused.
Would not give this mob a second look.

We made the decision to go with these guys after a meeting one day with [Retracted name and Identity], who walked into our business off the street trying to sign up new clients.
During this first meeting he offered his views on how he could improve our business strategies etc, and through all his smooth talking he had himself sold to the point that we chose his firm to take over our affairs in place of the accountants we had been using for the previous 15 years.
The thought at the time was that a change would be refreshing for the business, and he seemed the right guy for the job.
It turned out to be a terrible decision.
During the 18 months we used Next Level, this guy had caused so much disarray in our affairs through his incompetence that we had never felt so detached from our business in its entire 25 years of operation.
Meantime our accounting fees had escalated to such astronomical heights during this time (from less than 10k/yr to well over 30k!!) that we finally made the decision to stop using his services.
Incidentally, we felt further justified in our decision when, in our subsequent efforts to retrieve our files from them,
we were confronted with a total lack of professionalism and grace.
It was such a relief for us that our original accountant had our book-work back up to scratch in time for our next BAS, and now has us right back on track.
Perhaps there are one or two businesses out there that may find their advice useful, but going from our experience with them I would strongly advise anyone that is considering using Next Level that they would do well to stay away from them and seek services elsewhere.
To publish this post I was required to rate at least a one star, but it's definitely NO stars from me.
