Tuesday evening 27th August 2024 at about 6:30pm suffering severe pain I found Studfield Dental Group were open 8am to 9pm Mon-Fri & 8am to 5pm Saturday. I rang immediately & explained my dilemma. I was invited in immediately & they explained I might have to wait a little while but I would be seen tonight. I had all the symptoms of Toothache or could even be symptoms of “Trigeminal Neuralgia”. Trigeminal Neuralgia is described as “The Suicide Disease”, Is the worst pain a Human Being can experience and Incurable. Long story short, WORDS cannot explain the Compassion & Care I was shown by ALL Staff, Dentists, Nurses & Receptionists at Studfield Dental Group.
Being so complicated, Dr. Michael Kotsifakis, the Principal Dentist at Studfield Dental Group decided on 2 applications of Laser Treatment, the Second stronger than the First, on 12th November 2024. Up to this Date, I was dependent on Strong Prescription Pain Killers.
Dr Michael Kotsifakis can only be described as a God Send. An extremely Compassionate, Caring, Dedicated Professional who perservered with my treatment and now I can Eat, Chew & enjoy Food & Life once more. Sincere thanks also to all other Dentists & Staff at Studfield Dental Group. I highly recommend these Professionals & would never go elsewhere and they are open hours to suit everyone.
As a Retired Nurse, I am delighted, I have not needed one Pain Killer since my last Laser treatment on 12th November 2024 and can look forward to a Pain Free, Happy Christmas.
