Best lemon chicken by far in ballarat. Rice is always amazing too and any requests they are happy to follow without extra charges for removing items which rare these days. Regular customer and love this restaurant. One small issue is no split bills which they don't tell you when they seat you so unless you see the small sign on the counter, it makes it difficult when with groups.

This place never gets my order right no matter when I go or how clear I am. Their service is average, the food is below average and the wait times are excessive. Went with a table of 2, ordered a risotto and waited over an hour. Wouldn't recommend this venue unless you've got plenty of time and money to waste.

Whenever I go here the staff are rude and don't cater for any dietary requirements, they don't even ask the kitchen staff it's just a plain no you can't have that or no we won't do that. Their food is really expensive and the pancakes are so average and doughy.

Love this place it is seriously my go to venue for reasonably priced food that's good quality. Anytime there has been an issue the owner is quick to follow up and rectify it and the staff are generally pleasant and friendly. Am a very regular customer and would recommend this place to others. They also are very tolerant of dietary requirements which is a bonus.

Went here once, the food was expensive but also horrid, we had pizzas then listened to music upstairs and got a cheese platter. Both were really yuck and not worth even half the price. However the service from the young guy in the bar is the only reason I'm giving more than one star. He was excellent.

The food is really good however it is really expensive and overpriced for what you order. I understand steaks are expensive but if you order a entree or chicken it should not be those prices. Some of my friends receive birthday vouchers but I've been signed up for 4 years and have never got a voucher or email on my birthday so that's a bit average.

Use to love this place when it was just the one near Myer but their new one sucks, have been twice and both times was really bad, one occasion my chips were raw and cold. Also was REALLY expensive for a tray of chips and gravy

This place is the only fish and chip shop I go to because they cater for gluten free which is amazing. However it's often hit and miss, sometimes the food will be severely undercooked and sometimes it's severely overlooked. Raw batter and raw food is not the best especially raw onion rings and raw batter on fish. However when it's cooked right it is delicious and I am still a regular here.

Went there today thinking my car had a stuffed alternator because it wasn't starting properly. The guys had a look and knew what was wrong within 10 minutes and had it fixed within 30!! Excellent service, friendly and really knowledgeable staff, I know nothing about cars so to have someone not rip you off is amazing! Definitely would return for any other car issues and will be recommending to others as well. Thanks so much Chris and Noel.
