I have purchased from Nip Naps a couple of times now and their service goes above and beyond. It is the best customer service I have received through an online business in a long time. Louise has chatted to me over the phone and via email and has been so helpful. Louise is so knowledgeable and has given me such great advice re. cloth nappies. The products Nip Naps sell are also brilliant. I love the Sandy and One Size nappies with the airflow covers, they fit my little guy perfectly thanks to Louise's recommendations.

Best steak I have ever had in my whole life! Cooked to absolute perfection, they know what they are doing here. They even cater for vegetarians and allergies. After telling the waiter I had a dairy allergy, he didn't make me feel uncomforable about it. Infact he made me feel completely confident that everything was taken care of, and it was. When we looked at the dessert menu, the waiter had already spoken to the chef about an alternative for myself before I had even asked. This is what sets them apart from other places because they not only meet expectations but they anticipate your needs.

Although a bit on the expensive side, it is worth every cent and I would eat there every week if I could afford to.

Relish has a fabulous menu but since finding out that I have a diary and wheat intolerance I have realised how much harder it is to find an appropriate meal on their menu. I ordered the Relish Breakfast with Gluten bread which I thought would be perfect but it came with butter on the toast and I thought it may have been cooked in butter. Ooops, mostly bad on my part as I really should of asked about that prior to ordering. In saying that the breakfast was delicious and always is and they happily obliged to tell me the amount of butter used when I asked. I'm positive that Relish would oblige a dairy free, wheat free brekky if asked because that's the kind of place they are. The service I have experienced has always been good as the people working there seem generally happy and welcoming.
