Having struggled my way through various rude and unprofessional trades in the past, it was such a pleasure to deal with this company. Leigh was great as sales manager as well as after care contact. Courteous, knowledgeable and excellent with communication and follow-up, my calls and txt messages were returned promptly every single time and he even phoned me after the installation to make sure everything went according to plan. Regarding unit options, he was very knowledgeable, gave various possibilities for the space and delivered the quote on time, with options as promised.
I had an 8kw unit installed in my 9x7m garage studio, which had 4m high walls and electrical board 9m away from the unit. Electrical cords had to be run through the roof as well as down the walls to reach the switchboard. The inside unit was installed up high underneath the ceiling.
The installation team arrived on time and Luke did a great job installing the outside unit extremely neatly on brackets. All pipes were capped for most of their run with the wall entry point very neatly capped and sealed. He listened to all detail and communicated well while being easygoing but also very professional in his approach. Josh did a great job getting wires down a difficult 4m wall cavity and installing the inside unit at a challenging height, neat and without any marks on the wall. They even vacuumed the area and left it neat and clean.
What really impressed me, was their after service care. Usually it is a shocker to get installers back on site to correct anything that might be an issue. After some severe Melbourne weather (where the SES had 1000 call-outs over a weekend), I had water pooling on the concrete floor close to the unit. Of course I was concerned and sent a txt to Leigh who immediately responded and managed the request through the installation manager who had the team out on site the very same day. A cracked roof tile was replaced and some extra caulking done around the outside capping. All was done in good spirit with friendly, courteous communication.
I was so impressed that this company lived up to their claims of “We make customer service a priority” and I am proud to recommend them to anyone. They really set the benchmark for how things can be done. Pricing compare well, although not the cheapest. Pay the little bit extra. You will be very glad afterwards.
