Excelent on the spot diagnosis where other mechanics diagnosed differential problems, David diagnosed it immediately as the transmission. In his imaculate kept workshop he carried out the job keeping me informed all along theway. He also drove me home and picked me back up. If you want yr transmission serviced or looked at, this is the only place to go to.

Fenceing with 2 right angles and a locked gate. He arrives when he says he will. Finished job looks good. But he came with only one lock for the gate and that was for the wrong side, so now I have the lock facing the inside of property and not the outside. Cleaning up though was disapointing because later on I found piles of broken concrete dumped in the hidden parts of my garden. I can't get rid of them in the the council rubbish either. I thought that was a sneaky thing to do. I also did not get the promised reciept for the job either. So I have no record of guarantee or dates. Thank you Craig Branson.

A better alternative to the ever increasing prices the catteries are now chargeing. I have 3 cats and Lonely Pets Club looked after them for a whole month. Visiting them, giving some love and cuddles, feeding, brushing, changing the litter tray, letting them in and out for the day. Bringing in my mail and watering my plants. Wow. Very trust worthy and reliable is what I found my carer to be. Booking process was responded to very fast by telephone. And you pay per visit not per animal.

Purchased glasses and lens when they opened and had singes all over saying free lens with purchase of glasses. That never happened. The glasses I bought, within a week the plastic nose peices were just falling out. They would replace them from a box of genetic ones that weren't the sametear drop shape but round and hard. Then the glasses just disintergrated and fell off my face, the wire nose part came away from the lens part. These glasses cost me $600! They would not refund me my money point. they offered me a new frame which I agreed to. When I picked them up I didn't get any service that you normaly get when picking up new glasses. The owner just got the box and said "ok." and walked off. I sat down to put them on and I needed some fitting, I had to call her back from her room, she didn't say anything, just took them bent the arms in (so now they are so painfull they've made dents in my head) and gave them back said "ok" again and walked off. I was upset at how I was treated like a peice of rubbish in their shop. I felt they will take your money all being very nice, but if you have any problems the owner turns on you. Staff she has at reception are very nice but are under her final instructions. Horrible way to do business.

I had a whole feature wall in my lounge room wallpapered in a photo that was taken from my trip to Antarctica. Jason prints it up, spend time on making it look the best, i.e.will put a chosen filter over it for effect. Jason works with you the whole way. And the quality of the paper he uses is far superior to any you'll buy in australian wallpaper shops.

Service staff in other outdoor gear shops take note. I needed to buy, amoung other things, new hiking pants as I'm "now" 93kg my experience from these shops have been awful. I've been totally ignored by shop assistats walking right by me not even saying hello. The outdoor shops in Hobart were the rudest. I even said "Am I invisable?" I've had to wear Target track pants. :-( Not so at Wilderness Shop in Boxhill Vic. As soon as I walked in Nick offerd his services, he listened to what I wanted (Clothes and gear to walk Heysen Trail)and asked appropriate Q's to hone down even further the best product to try. His knowledge of terrain of various walks around Australia is a big asset as he knows how to cater specificly to that. I told him I needed pants. No problems there, he gathered up a great selection, put them in the change room, and I now have 2 pair and 1 pair shorts of Mont pants. I've never ever had this from any other outdoor shop since I've put on weight. As a size 12,14 & 20yrs younger I got plenty of attention. The shoes he recomended have not been off my feet, perfect choice for now and on the trail. Other gear shops have ignored me continualy, the Wilderness shop didn't and now have my money in their till.

Excellent service. Happily split the bill, just to make it easier for us. I ordered the caesar salad, it was delicious. I wish I lived nearby so I can go and order it again when ever I want. That's why I'm doing a review, the food was just so good. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I'm in the area again.

Very well layed out and organized was my 1st impression. But I left very peeved off because my presence was completely ignored. All the staff were males and not one of them said anything to me. Even though one walked straight out the back room door exactly where I was standing. I was invisible. What annoyed me more was the fact that the men that walked in much later than me were served. There were 2 staff members in the cash register area also who were not dealing with customers who could have come up to me in inquire what I wanted. Which was a Gerber knife that was $100. -the %10 discount ($73 else where anyway.) Take note: If your a woman, you are invisible in this shop.
