Shop is clean, and tidy.
A decent range of products. I find that they're a little bit on the expensive side compared to their competitions near by.

Queueing can be hazardous, you never know which line is open and which isn't.

However the variety of products offered is worth at least a shop around. See for yourself !

This is the grocer of my choice around my area. Compared to a number of other competitions which are located closer, I find that they offer more value for money, and shop is quite tidy.

I had a few unpleasant experiences with one of the checkout ladies. (reason for 2 stars for service).

Otherwise a great place to stock up ! wide range of products.

Usual Asian grocer, perhaps offers a little more value than most competitors. Still, isles are packed, queues are often long.

Service is over average. Free parking is a plus ( but you need to call them using the inter phone)

I used to love these guys but were terrible recently.
I'd order the same dish with others behind me, they'd serve them , then tell me 'oh sorry'.

When you walk in as 3's ordering the same dishes. 1 comes out now 2 in 30 min, while 2 other ppl behind the queue gets their dishes before you, there's something wrong with the place.

I'm never going back ever again.

I have been shopping from these guys form day 1. Unlike most Asian grocery stores, their interior wasn't crowded, you had no difficulty in browsing the shop. Never had to bump into anyone or wait for someone to move so you can brows the isle.

Years later, couple of management changes, Gold Mart much resembles other Asian groceries. Packed, difficult to navigate.

However, unlike most small Asian Grocers, most of the times two checkout counters are being manned, and price is quite competitive. You should visit and make the judgement for yourself.

They also do a BYO BBQ infront where you buy the meat from the butcher located inside the mart. with $5 per person you can dine with the selection of your red meat. Not my thing, but many seem to enjoy this.

I have dealt with many, and I mean many computer service professionals, as I build over a dozen PC's in a given year. Many of the businesses lack the service, and friendliness, but not F1 tech Chatswood. Gentleman there was extremely nice, his service prices were very decent, esp when you make purchases from the shop.

However, limited range of stock and not so competitive pricing may get serious PC builders to think twice, as most PC builders will build their own systems. If you're not sure what you're doing and you have a little bit cash, this is probably the place to go. It just isn't for me.

If you know exactly what you're getting, this is a great place to shop for your computer needs. Their prices have been quite competitive. In my opinion neck and neck with MSY and other major competitors. However do not expect the staff to hand pick you a product or give you a suggestion, process just takes too long and is tedious. Do your homework on their website before you walk in to the store

Quality of product provided was no different from any other Gloria Jeans. Although I felt that the staff could have been a little more friendly. Not that they did anything terribly wrong. It felt somewhat a bear minimum service. If you're looking for a coffee and a cake to go, and not the service, definitely this is a pick.

Great value. I found the business owner to be highly friendly. Most of my family members get our hair done here, and so do a number of friends. They've also got a loyalty card, saves 10 or 5 % of dollar value, which you can use later to redeem for services. So i guess you save money twice.
