As a prospective tenant,I must say that Dean showed up promptly to show the property at 9.30 am today,answered all of our questions and the others that he didn't know got in touch with the owners and emailed me within the hour.Very pleased... sorry to Equinox real estate maybe you should get a few lessons from Dean on how to treat a client.

We found David to be very friendly and not pushy at all. Despite us having difficult tenants in the house we wanted to sell, he laid their fears to rest and made it as pleasant as possible for them.
