Attention everyone!
After their recent change in data plans (to worse of course) the system is screwed up - data pack is always set up for auto-renewal when you buy it, but when you remove that option just a second after, just you get charged again same amount just like you bought it again.
They even send you two invoices, but deny that double charge -but still denying it. Okay Amaysim, eat that $60 you have stolen form me. After years with them I am leaving and something tells me many other will do the same soon. There are better options on market now price-wise. Data speed and coverage much worse than person just next to me with Optus sim, which is network they are using (what is your priority in Optus QOS, hah?), endless waiting time on phone support, useless online chats support, no official support email published.
Just stay away from that amaysim experience.
