This review is for The City Square Motel, Melbourne VIC

i have stayed here multiple times over the years and the friendly service and cheap rates keeps me coming back. the motel is situated on Swanston st but can be easily missed as the front is very small and doesnt have much signage. When you first walk in the reception area is quite small but the rooms are a decent size. I have stayed in the triple room with my family but as we had 4 people we needed to have the folded out couch which did make the room a bit squashy. on my last stay here which was in winter last year i stayed in a double room. the room was very comfy, clean and the heating work really well. All the rooms i have had all had a toaster, tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge and complimentary bread and spreads for breakfast. After certain time of the day there is no reception so i recommend arriving before this time or make prior arrangements. The thing i liked the most is after hours if you want to get back to the motel you have to swipe your card and put a code in to get the front door of motel to open. To me i think is a brilliant idea for safety reasons.
It is central to all the shops, train station and food shops.

i recently stayed here while on a shopping trip to melbourne. The staff were helpful and very polite. We stayed in the double deluxe room which was very modern and clean. The room had all the necessities you would need for an overnight stay such as tv, mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities and bathroom. I think for the money we paid it was a very decent room. It was a bit noisy late at night but we got use to it by the second night. Although we didnt have the buffet breakfast i thought the price was good for $20 so maybe next time i stay here i will try it. overall i think this is a good hotel for anyone on a budget.

We went here while shopping in Lavington yesterday and found the food really nice. I ordered a large serving of beef and black bean on a soy noodle. It cost me $10.40 and it was huge, there was so much that i couldn't finish it all (as much as i wanted to). The staff were nice and explained what was in the dishes quite well. All the food look and tasted very fresh and was display with prices quite nicely. will definately be eating here again.

Approximate cost: $10.40 large

i have been with origin energy for the last year and half and have never had a problem with them. There customer service line is quite quick when you ring and they are very helpful. They are very flexible with your payment options if your having trouble paying on time. I actually rang them today to tell them i had been offered a better deal by another power supplier, they matched the price straight away and sweeten the deal with a few extra discounts which i found very good.
They always send bills out quite quickly so you have a reasonable amount of time to pay it.

This review is for Ned Kelly Museum, Glenrowan VIC

We went here on the weekend and the place is amazing. You walk through the museum looking at all the old things from the Ned Kelly era as well as reading the story of neds life from birth right thru to being shot in Glenrowan. There is photos to look at, replica armours, one of ned's guns and lots more. I found this part of the museum very interesting and very informative. You really learn a lot about ned kellys life and how he was caught. The last part of the museum takes you outside where there is a replica of the kelly homestead which shows how homes were back in that era. There is a lot of things to do and try like the jail and the stock where you can have your arms and legs locked in. my daughter thought this was cool. There is a lot of old machinery here as well. The lady at the entrance was really nice and quite talkative. I thought $6 for adults and $1 for children was an excellent price. I do recommend anyone that goes to glenrowan to go to the museum and then take a walk up to the area where Ned Kelly was shot. It is all really interesting and a good place to teach the kids about Australian history

I would have to say this would be the best school my daughter has been to. The teachers are so nice and really helpful. The communication between school and home is amazing and they are always informing you of what is going on. My daughter was well behind in maths when starting here and one of the teachers offered to tutor her after school once a week at no cost which i thought was excellent. my daughter was soon up to the standard expected for her year group. I find all the reception staff to be very friendly and understanding. The school fees are quite reasonable and they will let you pay them off over the year which is good. My daughter has done so well since starting here. They give all the kids encouragement when there is sporting events and try to get everyone involved.

i have taken my daughter to the museum so many times over the years and she never grows bored of it. There is so many different exhibitions to look at. my daughter loved going to the childrens area when she was younger but now prefers to walk around and look at all the different things. Her favourite now is the bugs and animal display. excellent place to take you kids for a fun and educational day out. It is free for children and $10 for adults. The staff are helpful and will point you in the right direction if you are looking for something

This review is for East Coast Natureworld, Bicheno TAS

While staying with a friend in bicheno she recommended us going to nature world for a day trip. She had been a few times over the years and had always enjoyed it. We took her up on it and went the next day. We went in the morning to beat the heat and the crowd. I think it was a good time to go as we got to see the 10am feeding of the tassie devils which was pretty cool to see. We decided to have a guided tour instead of walking around ourselves. when doing the tour you go on the pelican express which saves you walking and the keeper was really knowledgeable about the animals and you could tell he loved his work. You see the normal animals you see at any wildlife park but we still enjoyed it. I loved walking through the bird aviary, it was amazing having the birds flying around you, although it did scare my daughter a bit. The tour went for about an hr and was very informative. After we finished we went to the cafe to grab some lunch. the food was reasonably priced and was nice. The staff were very talkative and friendly. At $22 for adults and $10 for kids i thought was probably a little steep for what you seen but was still an enjoyable day.

This review is for Zone 3 Laser Game, Waverley TAS

verified email - 06 Feb 2013

a group of us went here last year just to see what all the talk was about and farout did we have fun. I dont know who had the most fun us adults or the kids. I had never played laser tag before and i cant believe amazing it is. farout it got my adrenalin was pumping. As none of us had been here before we only got one game which was $7 each (as we had more than 10 in our group). The game goes for approximately 15 mins which is good for the $7. As it was a busy day we didnt want to wait around for another game but i think next time I go i will buy a few games as 1 game definitely wasnt enough. The staff were excellent and explained all the rules really well.

This review is for Tasmazia & The Village Of Lower Crackpot, Promised Land TAS

verified email - 06 Feb 2013

i was told to go here by friends that had been there while holidaying in tasmania. We decided to make a day trip of it and go to cradle mountain as well. We never made cradle mountain as we lost track of time here because we were having so much fun. Even my partner enjoyed himself. There was 8 different mazes ranging in difficulty and all have something for you to find. my daughter and i enjoyed looking at the village of lower crackpot and reading the quirky statements. If i could find anything that i didnt like about it was that the staff werent overly friendly and rarely smiled. For spending majority of the day here i thought the $50 for the 3 of us was quite good.
