My wife and I hold accounts with Westpac. Recently we booked an appointment for to enquire about home loans. We found the bank manager very helpful and informative. He was also responsible and did not try to push a sale, but rather offered genuine advise. Their rates and products are also very competitive. We have enquired with several other financial institutions and found that Westpac compare favourably.
I only wanted a very small electrical fitting and spent very little money, but the man who served me offered a great deal of help and advise. Had I required more complex products they had a great range on offer. Most of their products are hard to find anywhere else. I have also purchased products from other Jaycar branches, which were good, but not as helpful and patient as this one.
My impression of the place was that the whole exercise of bring my pets in for treatment was more about selling me as many products and services as possible. I was charged a large pathology fee on top of the consultation fee because the vet spent 2 minutes using his microscope. Both the vet and the receptionist spent quite a lot of time trying to convince me to buy dog food from them, when I can buy the same brand for significantly less elsewhere. Many of the sales techniques were guilt based.
Approximate cost: $I spent a total of almost $300. I only had one pet with me and there wasn't anything major wrong wit
I've been there numerous times and always had to wait, often for several hours. Information the staff provide has on occasion been misleading and contradicted by staff at other Vic Roads branches. I wouldn't go there again by choice, but I may have to.
Been there several times for wheels and tyres on both my cars. Their prices on wheels and tyres are a lot better than other tyre shops and they have a very good range. They also include wheel alignment when you purchase a set of tyres.
This service put you in touch with tutors in your local area who match your criteria. Prices depend on the level of qualification possessed by the tutor you decide on. Your first lesson's tuition is paid to the referral service and after that its just between you and the tutor. The quality of the tutors is not guaranteed, so its a good idea to discuss your needs with them before committing to ongoing lessons in order to ascertain their level of skill.
I once calculated that by purchasing one large bag of Iams cat food at Ascot Vale Stockfeeds instead of at the local stockfeeds place in Sunshine I saved more than enough money to offset the cost of driving to Fleming and still be a few dollars ahead. Since I usually buy cat food, dog food and kitty litter and whenever possible drop in as a minor detour on my way to the city. The savings are immense. Also, Ascot Vale Stockfeeds have much better customer service. They are friendly, helpful and have a very nice cat who sits on the counter and gets patted and stroked by customers. Well worth going out of your way for.
They have a wide range of chicken, both fresh and frozen. There's some top quality chicken fillet available from Lilydale, if your willing to pay a few extra dollars a kilo. There are also bags of chicken offal and chicken meat chunks that are cheap and useful for making pet food or as bate for catching bream.
If you like top quality meat and don't want to pay a fortune for it then this place may be for you. The staff are very friendly. Prices are well below supermarkets for basics and you can also get some really prime steaks, much better than the supermarkets tend to sell, at very reasonable prices.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. My dentist (Nathan) is friendly and able to make great conversation (considering he's talking to someone with a mouthful of dental instruments). I've always been very happy with the quality of work done on my teeth, and and on my wife's.
The dentist also gives a lot of good advise and refers us to informative handouts and a really brilliant website.
The only downside is, the cost of dental treatment here (in Australia) is exorbitant. I'll wait till I'm back in Taiwan before I have my teeth looked at again. Dentistry is covered by the Taiwanese equivalent of Medicare and the quality of work they do there even impresses the dentists at Sunshine Dental Group.
