I am a member of Flexicar - a car sharing service - which gives me access to their 55 cars around Melbourne. Car sharing is a cheap, green and easy alternative to car ownerships. I'm an unusual member, in that I own a car. But when I need to get my car repaired, or when I'm in "early bird" parking in the city and dont want to sacrifice my cheap rate, it's actually easier to take a flexicar for an hour or two than it is to get my car our. I pay around $12 an hour - and that includes petrol. Recommend it for anyone that doesn't want expense of owning a car - or just needs an alternative sometimes, like me!

Excellent food, cosy dining, always enjoy a "special" dinner here. The staff are lovely, the interior is imaginative, and they do a great duck! The style is modern australian with a hint of italian. It's owned by two women too - good to see the girls mixing it up in the restaurant trade!

I got it back and it seemed ok, then 10 days later it started spewing black smoke. This time I took it to a

Have been here a few times and almost always enjoy it. Overall the setting is lovely and the food is usually great - not spectacular but good. Problems I've experienced are that breakfast is finished at 11.30 (they dont seem to have heard of an all day breakfast) and then during summer holidays, found one day that they'd decided not to open till 10am and then only had 3 choices for the breakfast menu. So overall, better luck for lunch and dinner, despite their brekky food being prob the best!
