Step Into Life has been one of the best things I have done for myself and my family ever!! I originally joined to loose a few kilos, that happened, I am now fitter than I was when I was a teenager (just a bit slower) and achieving personal goals I would never have dreamed of. Check ups from my doctor confirm that I am healthiest on the inside in over 20 years. The social aspect of the group is so rewarding also. Thanks Penny and Step into Life.
