Our building had experienced a turbulent period with three managers in the space of a year. However, working with Jeevan Fernando over the past couple of years has been a breath of fresh air. His commitment, responsiveness and efficiency is exemplary, and in my eyes, he has restored the reputation of Strata Plan.
