I've had Ben from Fujitsu had to come out to work on my inverter unit a few times to replace a faulty bracket. He has always been extremely pleasant, arrived on time, explained all the work and been happy to do early morning appointments. Compared to some service companies, Fujitsu have been great to deal with and have never tried to give me the run around when I have had any concerns or issues (and the same also applies to the service call centre).

It was really easy and convenient to deal with Adam and his team. We were able to schedule a time that suited me (early in the morning before I left for work, and the plumber arrived exactly when he said he would. The work was explained as it was done, and was completed quickly. Adam was able to give me a quote for the work beforehand, so there were no surprise costs encountered either.
