What a wonderful team at this clinic - there was genuine care for the well being of my cat from everyone I encountered. It was a horrible time for me with my companion of 14 years becoming very ill with an unknown cause and Dr Kevin was both very compassionate and sensitive while helping us work through it. All options were clearly explained with likely outcomes and costs discussed in advance. The follow up service was also excellent and very personal - I felt like we were his only patient! When I needed to visit an alternative vet outside of hours, he still called me the next day to follow up on their results and offer further assistance.
