Our 12 year old beloved cat became very ill suddenly. Dr Cruickshank was very thorough in his investigations to try to save him. Unfortunately the decision had to be made to put him to sleep - Throughout this process we could not have asked for a more emphatic or caring vet. He went over and above the expected level of service and made a very sad experience easier to deal with knowing that our pet was in the best and most caring hands.
