Bill is calm, helpful and thorough in his instructions. He has a lot of expertise and experience. He's been teaching for decades and knows it inside out. He keeps his composure and that helps me feel comfortable and confident as I am a learner. When I encounter a challenging or new situation, I don't panic because I know Bill can help me navigate and acquire new skills.
