My father has recently joined Auntie Grace to assist with his needs. Himani has been appointed his Case Manager, she has been exceptional, her communication skills are excellent, she has offered advise and guidance to dad. Himani has explained and provided all information to assist Dad in making decisions to suit his requirements. Thankyou Himani for all assistance, in making Dad feel comfortable in discussing his needs with you.

Aunty Grace will tell you everything you want to hear and absolutely not deliver. Your case manager doesn't speak with you but a concierge person which is all different people. Their internal communications is dreadful also and they don't know how to budget. Do not bother with them it's more trouble on top of an already challenging situation
