I had a follow up visit this week for a dog bath and supply’s and the two ladies on Tuesday were so kind and helpful as I have a disability they retrieved my big dog Taj from the car and then put him back in for me along with my purchased Thank you so much great service

I purchased a dog kennel from store in Wangara and the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed, when I tried to fit the dog kennel in my car it did not fit and one of the staff members offered to drop it off after their shift which is above and beyond service.

These guys are very friendly and helpful and have a good range of pets and garden supplies. I found a very nice windmill ornament for out front garden that I hadn't seen elsewhere. They also have a loyalty program with vouchers once you reach a certain number of points. They aren't especially cheap, but still decent value and conveniently located.

Was looking for a specific Dog Food...the staff member rang around to find it at another store for me and rang me back within five minutes...she advised me she would have it for me the very next day and would call as soon as it was in...which she did...I collected it and was extremely satisfied with the prompt friendly service and great communication ! Not to mention the great price !

There are not many pet shops out there that cater for the cat. Better Pets does and does it well. Loyalty scheme availalbe. Open 7 days. Huge range for other pets especially birds and dogs. Gardening section well stocked but not the place for plants.
