just want to say a big thank you to Tom and Jason for organising and making everything nice and easy for purchase of my new ROADKING recommend going to see either one of these guys if u are looking or interested in a new or used bike 5 star service and thanks again

**** LIES AND DECEIT ****

Avoid Sales representative "Michael Knight"

* Sold me a bike as "In stock" when it was still in Pennsylvania.
* Provides a substitute bike and suggest swapping tins to make it quicker, doesn't disclose that it'll be licensed as the prior colour thus affecting my resale value significantly
* Lied to me about what model/brand Exhaust was on a demo bike, to add Profit Margin into his deal
* Promised delivery dates and did not honour (As bike wasn't even there), despite telling me that the bike was being worked on from 5am each day for 3 days.
* Books a day off on the missed Handover Date, so he doesn't need to deal with any fallout

3 Weeks after paying for a bike I'm still no closer to actually receiving it

Dealer/Owner Matt Saba is clearly doing his best to run a dealership while being hamstrung by Sales People such as Michael who are dishonest and deceitful.

On the flip side: I previously purchased a bike from Bunbury Harley Davidson which was flawless, great levels of communication and super honest in all dealings with me.
