**** LIES AND DECEIT ****

Avoid Sales representative "Michael Knight"

* Sold me a bike as "In stock" when it was still in Pennsylvania.
* Provides a substitute bike and suggest swapping tins to make it quicker, doesn't disclose that it'll be licensed as the prior colour thus affecting my resale value significantly
* Lied to me about what model/brand Exhaust was on a demo bike, to add Profit Margin into his deal
* Promised delivery dates and did not honour (As bike wasn't even there), despite telling me that the bike was being worked on from 5am each day for 3 days.
* Books a day off on the missed Handover Date, so he doesn't need to deal with any fallout

3 Weeks after paying for a bike I'm still no closer to actually receiving it

Dealer/Owner Matt Saba is clearly doing his best to run a dealership while being hamstrung by Sales People such as Michael who are dishonest and deceitful.

On the flip side: I previously purchased a bike from Bunbury Harley Davidson which was flawless, great levels of communication and super honest in all dealings with me.
