Absolutely disgusting service. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, anyone else that I interacted with was just purely and utterly disrespectful.
Our pick up was a week late, due to the flooding which we had no issue with at all. We were called at 2pm on the day of pick up to advise us that the pick up will be between 5pm/7pm. They did not rock up until 9pm. They arrived with no where near the enough space that I had reserved and told me that we were their 5th pick up for the truck and there was not enough space. The driver of the vehicle had his pants down and was trying to pull them up and do the belt up whilst trying to talk to me, which was absolutely disgusting and sure poor customer service. Whilst attempting to get the very minimal stuff to the truck they broke the AC remote holder, to which they did not tell me, instead I found out later on. They also decided to take it upon themselves to turn the AC on and use our bathroom. Which I also would not have had an issue with if they had of asked, but they did not.
I was then told to contact the company in the morning to work out what to do with the rest of the stuff. Upon arrival my partner refused to pay the full amount as we did not get the full service quoted to us. The manager told us to pay half and then the other half upon arrival on the rest of our stuff.
I tried to contact the company 3 times before I actually got through to who I needed to speak too (I'm choosing not to mention names of these employees). After several days of trying to get answers on a replacement truck via call, email, text, I was finally told that the earliest was the following Friday- 13 days after the original pick up date and 10 days after the first pick up, they also advised me that I was a priority and there may be an earlier pick up. After yet again trying to contact them multiple times about confirmation of pick up on Friday, I was then told that the actual pick up day will be the Saturday instead of the Friday with a next day delivery. Now all we wanted was the service quoted to us which was 16 cubic metres on a backload service. However we did not receive any compensation or apologies for the massive inconvenience and stress that this has caused on our lives. I am still waiting for the second pick up, my hopes are not high that this will go according to plan. I will never EVER pick this company again nor suggest this company to anyone. Just utter poor customer service left, right and centre.
