Pizzas can be hit and miss but all with great quality ingredients. My favourites include the seafood pizzas and the salads are all great! Best pizza in Newtown and not too pricey particiularly if you have an Entertainment Book voucher!

One of the best coffees in the inner west. Hazel and Clare are the loveliest people and give great advice on coffee and food! Retail shop Flint and Steel is open Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Great for a quick coffee or to purchase top quality take home beans.

I used to make a habit of buying their DIVA packages on offer twice a year which presented great value for money. Lots of inclusions including hair cut, colour and blow dry, express facial, manicure, pedicure and more all for $125 however the salon changed management in 2008 and this package whilst retaining some of the same features of the previous one, has risen in price to $390!!

Have been using the services of Yue and Goutama for the past 5 years. They present great value for money and much better than submitting my own tax return. Juliana is lovely and a delight to deal with.

Located near the Patisserie, cafe provides for light breakfasts and lunches but the highlight is Adriano's handmade chocolates with wonderful unique flavours such as salt and vinegar, black pepper, saffron and chilli! My favourites include the fruity raspberry and vanilla and mango and passionfruit.

Have been going here on a regular basis for the past year and a bit. Place is a bit run down, but provides a great service, good classes and instructors and great range of equipment that is readily available. Is not as flash as your fitness firsts but presents good value for money.

Nice food, some of the menu items are a bit different and David Bitton's preserves and sauces add a nice touch. However a bit expensive in my opinion, for example a small OJ costs $5! Good once in a while, but not the place I would go to every week!

Have dined at the Bistro and the Restaurant on a number of occasions, it is a bit more expensive than your typical pub but this aint no typical pub! Bar food averages around $18 mark, the seared salmon is highly recommended and I can never resist the chips which are excellent. The Restaurant is fine dining and is great for that special occasion. Mains are very reasonable around $30 and come with an amuse bouche and bread. They sometimes have a $35 special which is for main and a glass of wine which presents very good value.

I think this is one of the better of the Sushi Train franchises, the quality and freshness is really good compared to some of the others I've been to. You might pay a bit more but it is definitely worth it. My favourites include the seared salmon and wagyu beef sushi and handroll of your choice for $4.

Good all round experience. Nice coffee (Golden Cobra) and freshly baked muffins. Particularly like the food, the steak sandwich is a favourite with a good combo of beetroot, onion jam, mayo and lettuce on turkish bread.
