I have been a member at MyTime Health and Fitness for 2 years now. What I like about the gym is the staff members they are so friendly, approachable and very helpful in all aspects of the industry. The girls are no different to anybody else that has issues with weight, fitness and general wellbeing. We are one happy family just supporting each other and helping achieve the goals we set for ourselves. There is no frills and hidden agenda's, it is a true down to earth place to go and get the results you want. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a relaxed, friendly and positive environment.
