I honestly thought online wouldn’t work, but after trying it, it was the best move for me. Being able to workout from home, not freaking out about having to clean the house (just the area they can see) and getting it done. All done in 30mins. Love the changes they keep making and I am loving the results! If you think remotely doesn’t work - think again. Perfect for a busy person like me.
