Great place to work out. i enjoy the atmosphere i have lost alot of weight the trainers here are great and this place isn't too pricey either.

The Chef is amazing the girls serving are friendly bubbly and always willing to help. always busy giving the restaurant a great atmosphere.

Depends on the night you go to the above mentioned cafe... i enjoy the food depending on the chef depending on how crowded it is and depending on who is serving on a Monday or Wednesday is usually good :)
