The job was done well and service was extremely friendly. Trust, however, was a problem. Whenever I take my car to a new service centre, I purposely leave a few coins near the drivers seat - not a large amount, just enough to see if I can trust them. On this occasion I left 35c (3 x 10c coins and 1 x 5c coin). When I picked up my car 3 hours later, only 15c was remaining. I know that a stolen 20c is not a big deal at all, and it does not affect me, however stolen money is stolen money. They probably thought I would not notice 2 x 10c coins missing. For this reason I will not be returning to this service centre again.

For buyers - This is a great website for hunting down bargains, especially for designer, rare or vintage items. Look particularly for one-off genuine pieces sold second hand by their original owners - these are much more likely to be genuine than sellers offering hundreds at a ridiculously low price!

For sellers - Ebay has gradually become more and more difficult for sellers to make a good profit, with Ebay and Paypal now respectively taking a large percentage of fees (whether or not your item sells) as well as providing strict rules that allow them to freeze your profits if you encounter difficult buyers - of which there are many! Many sellers have left Ebay because of this and therefore there is a lot less variety out there.

Domestic flights - Qantas is incomparable to other available domestic airlines in Australia because it offers a significantly higher standard of service quality than the rest. This includes free in-flight meals and refreshments, a high rate of on-time take offs and landings, and a good overall safety record. The prices, though higher than other airlines, are still cheap when booking on sale or basic saver fares.

International - Although not providing as many additional benefits and features like Singapore Airlines or Cathay Pacific for example, Qantas still provides a great service that you would expect from a leading international airline, at great prices (with good sales throughout the year such as a the 2-for-1 sale!)

Don't trust Tiger Airways when they say they will process your refund within 6 weeks. When I turned up to Sydney Airport once for my domestic flight home to Melbourne, I was told my flight had been cancelled - without any warning by email or SMS whatsoever! After 6 long weeks of waiting I tried to find a customer service number to call, which always came with a busy tone except the one time I got through to an operator which took a 40 minute wait.

I finally received my refund after 3 months. Not good enough and after the recent safety issues, I will definitely never fly with them again, no matter how cheap their prices are!

I used to regularly come here when I lived in Chatswood, it was one of the only Hong Kong/Chinese style hairdressers in the area (most of them are Korean) and they had decent prices and did the job. The customer service is so-so but they are quite efficient and good at layering your hair so that it grows out in a nice style.

This is my favourite sushi train restaurant in all of Sydney. The prices are much cheaper than other competing sushi trains in the area, and the selection has a lot of variety including both Japanese and Korean inspired dishes - it is great to see delicious teriyaki chicken & avocado rolls go past on the train, right next to a bowl of jap-chae! The chefs are very friendly and after being a regular customer there for some time they know my favourite dishes and always make them when I arrive.

It's a small place but the location is great (directly next to Hoyts Cinema on the top floor of Westfield Chatswood) and it won't burn a hole in your wallet - definitely not a place to miss!

When my car windscreen and windows were badly smashed in an accident, I was recommended by a friend to Wyvern Smash Repairs in Artarmon (I was located in Chatswood at the time). They have a small but tidy front office and the receptionist was very helpful and responsive to all my enquiries. The car seemed brand new after being fixed and they even cleaned out all the glass from inside the car which was great. They are a trustworthy local car smash repairs company.

I came to American Nails in Chatswood once to have acrylics done for a formal event. They had a special offer going at the time which was a great price so my friend and I gave it a try. We got what we paid for - the result was great, but the service wasn't that great. I cringed at many points when I thought the lady would accidentally cut too close to my finger, but I was fine in the end! They did not speak much English and chatted to each other rather than to the customers. The result was great and just what I wanted, though I never went back for refills (at $20 a refill it was too expensive to keep up!)

I come here for all of my prescription and vitamin needs. They provide quick and friendly service and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy is conveniently located in the busy restaurant and shopping strip of Footscray so it is always easy to reach. The store is large and well stocked and I can always find what I need, if not there are always staff there to help me.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Everything was as expected, it was comfortable and the room was decently sized with necessary amenities. It is walking distance to a great strip of local restaurants and cafes. The staff are friendly though not always around, but there is always a number to call to reach them and the atmosphere and very friendly, inviting and down to earth.
